In the latest Culture & Methods Trends Report by InfoQ, we saw the two most significant factors influencing organizational culture in 2023. Those are layoffs and the emergency of Large Language Models (read ChatGPT).

🔹 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗳𝗳𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹
